In between making art, and packing your orders this week we did squeeze in some time for one of our favorite past times - gardening. This year I am determined to have a flock of hummingbirds zooming around the patio. Reds and pinks, with some orange and fuschia thrown in for good measure should make them happy to dart in and stay awhile. If you are a birder like we are the latest issue of Birds and Blooms is all about hummingbirds. A fantastic story about a couple in Las Vegas who wrote a book, and created a film about the life of a hummingbird is featured this month too.
Take a look at how easy it is to make cards with your Artist Trading Cards. These ATC's were made by Chris with our new rubber stamps, and I layered some scrap papers and stamped some words to make cards.
As you can see, we are all about flowers this month! What do you think about these for making garden art? Or these darling little houses?
Don't forget that tomorrow is:

Don't forget to put the hummingbird feeders out and keep them full of sugar water. Next thing you know, you will have them all over. I estimate that I feed 600-800 hummingbirds a day during the summer!
