These are just too adorable :) I made a vintage doll dress yesterday..out of cardstock and satin...today, it will be vintage again..but not sure what I'll make :)

You could substitute coconut oil-- which is a solid fat -- or Spectrum organic shortening...no hydrogenated fats in it. The coconut oil is a medium chain fatty acid, like olive oil, so very healthy in spite of being high in sat fat. I think butter would yield a softer cookie--using the Spectrum would be closest to Crisco followed by the coconut oil. Wish I could come Saturday. It's probably a good thing I live a thousand miles away...I'd be inclined to be there every Saturday and you'd get sick of seeing me. And those mini-mushrooms?...LOVE them. They are so darn cute.

Cookies without butter? Unthinkable! 8-)

Those little mushrooms are cute as can be. There's always something nifty here. If I didn't live all the way out here in North Carolina, I'd surely be there Saturday. Every Saturday, that is. 8-)
