This is a tag I made for our Halloween Tag Swap last year, lots of rubber stamping going on here! Chris and I have had lots of fun stamping and cutting out our stamped images. Here is how we do it - we stamp a bunch of images, cut them out, and then we begin to mix and match until we get a tag that we like. This tag was easy because we stuck with 2 ink colors. I am not a big fan of cleaning stamps, so lately I have been stamping a lot with our new favorite oldie but goodie ink pad - Ranger Archival Jet Black.
This is one of the tags that I made for our Tis the Halloween Hour Black Tag Swap. Guess you noticed that I stamped the bottom of the dress upside down! The chipboard dress was lightly painted with antique white paint, then dry brushed with orange. Let the paint dry for an hour or so before you stamp. The touring auto was stamped on vintage dictionary paper, and black buttons were added to the tires. Love those black alphabet beads! You can find 5 black cats here, alphabet beads here, and dresses here.
More new at the store, we got in these cool new candlelabras from KaiserCraft.
