Artful Workshops @ Red Lead

Poetic bracelets were crafted Friday and Saturday at the Poetic Bracelet Workshops.  Everyone got into the swing of things with the wire wrapping. rubberstamping. designing. and of course yakking about who is gonna be the next president and why. favorite charms. dog and cat stories. bad make-up. good make-up. teddy bear art.  Get the picture?  One of our new girlfriends that visited the store for the first time Friday told us she really liked the "vibes" @ Red Lead...love that!   Jane traveled down from Chicago and as always we were tickled to see her. { Laura we missed you! }  Hope all of you have been giving yourself a little time to play and create something you love...Thanks for coming to the workshops and shopping at the store and online we couldn't do it without you!   xo Chris and Sharon

Easter Sunday dinner was the best ever...the weather was a tad bit winter though.  We were really surprised to see light snow falling through the sunshine yesterday afternoon...beautiful at our house!  We did a little bit of freshening at the store Saturday..looks like Beautiful Monday!  We did the birdcage with blue paint and bird cards with our bird stamps.  New bird collage sheets too...Hope you have time to fly in and catch Spring Fever!  xo Chris and Sharon

What's going on @ Red LeadHand Dyed. Shadow Boxes. Black Scrap.

Tis the season to hand dye everything in sight.  We got in these way wonderful shadow boxes last week.  It was all we could do to keep our hands off until yesterday afternoon.  After much painting. dying. papering. oohing. ahhing. drinking coffee. yakking about our last Easter Basket when we were kids, how much our Mom loved chocolate covered marshmallow eggs, favorite Easter dresses for our daughters, milk chocolate or dark, ham or turkey, brunch or dinner,  a regular gab fest.  It was great!  We are closing early  Saturday -around 1p.m.- Have a wonderful holiday week end, and as always thanks for all of your everything!  xo Chris and Sharon

Charmed Mirror Mosaic Workshop

Yesterday was the Charmed Mosaic Mirror Canvas Workshop at the store.   Everyone received  a Charmed Kit and Canvas to create a mirror mosaic.  As always each and every canvas was uniquely different in color, arrangement, charms, theme.  For a creative workshop experience where we encourage you to spread your wings and take flight come workshop with us at Red Lead!   xo Chris and Sharon

Artology 3 Workshop
